These classes are in-person at client's preferred location. Client will have access to blocks, straps, and bolster; but must have personal yoga mat. Class is catered to the client's specific practice needs in accordance with a proper, well-aligned, endurance building, and therapeutic traditional asana practice.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling is available within 24 hours notice. If there is no notice within the 24 hours, the session will be marked as completed. Rescheduling a session must be done within 7 days.
