Blessings! I, Maggie had my yogic awakening at age 15 while floating in savasana and I owe all of my transformation and spiritual teachings to my Yoga discipline.
Currently, I am a Certified Practitioner in:
-Reiki Level 1 & 2
-Thai Yoga Massage
-Bachelor's in Psychology
My classes vary from Vinyasa/Power, Slow Flow/Yin, to Meditation. I have created and led over 50 workshops, including Yoga with the Support of a Wall, Arm Balances & Inversions, Advanced Asanas, and Alignment-Based workshops.
My mission is to mentor anyone and everyone so that they transform within, and all through the practice of yoga and energy healing.

Expect to lay down comfortably and tune into the breath throughout the body as hands hover or lightly touch the body. Some people experience intense heat, tingling, body releases, heightened sensations and visuals.
